“AND SO—IT WAS THE TRADITION “
We we`re so ignorant on how the usual day of the 28th of February unfolds in the main streets of Metro Manila… and it`s funny how we (Toperocreative, Peppermint-Media, the coordinators, the guests, and the couple themselves) dealt with all the obstacles that was laid by almost two million people gathered in Quirino Grandstand for some religious anniversary celebration.
With the church ceremony scheduled to start at 2pm, the bride arrived one-and-a-half hour late at the Manila Cathedral—and so did we (TCC and PPM) arrived later by forty minutes than the bridal car—that we missed even the first kiss of the couple. Perhaps it`s funnier that a re-march for the whole entourage must again took place for our documentation sake alone. So it happened, and everything was wrapped up awkwardly. Thus what occurred was nobody`s fault.
On the way back to Sofitel for the reception, Emm of Topero along with Myk of Peppermint decided to hitched with the newly-weds so to make sure that if things went wrong again—the video and photo team won`t be missing anythin. But another unusual thing happened right in the middle of the traffic jam when the vintage white Mercedes Benz (the bridal car) was slightly bumped by the rushing bus that the company name we did not identified. (luckily, nobody got harmed). What a day!
Then left without brighter option than for some guests to just walk back to the hotel—the reception resumed very late. Hence there was nothing for the couple to be ashamed because the whole stressful day still ended up as one unforgettable tearful family union that we have worked on so far.
And for the whole delays and uneasiness—the two million worshipers scattered on that day owed Mike and Dess with two million prayers (kidding! hehe). Watch Toperocreative`s baptism-under-FEB28-fire presentation… Here`s Mike and Des` on-site video!

“DRIVE THRU DREAM “
A woman would need not of a man with thousand flowery words; and much would she be needing not of a face that could launch a thousand ship… but a man with few words transformed in an unfathomable actions—surely, no woman could deny that through simple and humble means—a man is worthy to be called one true dream groom.

“MAD IN LOVE; BLIND IN LOVE”
The couple decided to have their prenup taken in one of Bicol`s best kept secret paradise. And oh… best kept secret… guess it was before… and it was like a decade ago, or so—that Caramoan Penninsula carry such status—but not until it was developed by the region`s very own poging-poging Governor—HON. L-RAY VILLAFUERTE.
Hence—the fast development have been a sad growth to most nature crusaders; nonetheless, a big livelihood opportunity to the town people of small-scale range (and this what really matters, right?). Perhaps an intelligent move from an intelligent man.
Now cut-to-the-chase to another intelligent man, TOPI; and along with his (recent) ex-girlfriend, HELEN, that from then become his wife—and be thrilled lost with the feel of how their love under madness was manifested in this AVP! Enjoy!

“TV5`s WIL TIME BIGTIME EXPERIENCE”
Sometime in late january… Willy Revillame`s Wil Time Bigtime addressed all the lovers scheduled to be married on the month of february to try audition in the said gameshow. Then both Topi and Helen believed that it would cost them nothing if they hop in with the challenge… and lucky them—for they were chosen as official contestant.
Watch Topi and Helen as they share their love story to the world through the expense of Mariel Rodriguez`s playful cues!

Houston and Lay {SDE}
“HOUSTON, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM!…”
Surely—they have waited patiently so for their roads to cross one day; and they have wished desperately that a bridge would soon link their two diverse far-distant worlds that were almost like light-years apart; and or they have prayed devotedly that this very time would come their way someday.
Nevertheless, what seemed for them the right and perfect time that was almost lost forever—and that now turned out to be a long wait that is finally over—it is as if all their ill-fated stars aligned on their own after another Big bang blasted on their sky unexpectedly. And boom! A walk in the Milkyway…
Now all eyes were glued on Houston and Lay—as they marched in the church`s aisle with grander velvetiness than of the silky circumnavigating Venus and Mars; as they kissed their very first as husband and wife that imaginably was more thunderous than the roar of two colliding meteorites; and as they embraced each other during their traditional dance that indeed was far more graceful than the melodious voyage of the Haley’s comet—in a day where nobody dare shimmered brighter… because no one else was allowed; and has the right—to be gleaming even the slightest shaft of a light than the couple themselves. Of course they were the stars of the night… the only stars of the night.
So get aligned and be awed with Houston and Lay’s brighter than the stars SDE treat. Enjoy!

“DOUBLE IN LOVE; DOUBLE IN JOB…”
Even before this day approached—there`s this single thing that really put double pressure within our minds. “We really have to be careful with our lenses since we are to be vanquishing an intriguing task that critically needed some meticulous accomplishing.”
So what does our precautious mindset towards this wedding conveys? Imaginably—it tells about the achieved aspirations amongst two adoring souls from the proud and credible families of vehement politicians and passionate singers; and perhaps—it also speaks about the knots lashing between this two equally talented souls who aren`t even novices in the always trend-savvy wedding industry. So there should really be no room for errors within us.
Because in the mindful taste of no ordinary caliber such with this episode`s groom and bride—whom besides their being real-life lovers; both of them also happens to be real-life wedding planner partners—so they surely have technical know-how if an SDE`s a flop; or worth a run for their money..
Subsequently—another thing called relief put double warmth in our hearts after having seen a pair of double smile landed on the faces of the newlyweds—throughout the duration; and after, the on-site reel was rolling; and was done..
Here`s RJ and Ancie`s SDE video. Cheers!

“SUPER-DUPER SOBRA-SOBRA…”
One should never upstage the Filipina bride’s will on her day; and one should never underestimate the warmth and sweetness of a “Kano” lover… not with the absence of their expected guests; not even with the presence of the unavoidable forces of nature, and or the irreversible human errors.
Long ago—the bride was searching for her dream man; and not too long ago she was looking for a breathtaking and romantic destination wedding.
Then time have lapsed and was cut to the bride’s very moment… where she find herself sniffing the cool and chilling breeze of Tagaytay highlands; and where right before the very hand of the groom—whom not a chance did such face got ever sketched in her thoughts—after every never-ending day-dreaming very long time ago. Now… she’s being tied.
Super-duper playful and catchy… tears were shedding silently off the bride’s eyes as her day progressed because of the circumstances that she said could have been avoided. Sobra-sobrang strong and willed… she learned that there’s but to celebrate… because her most-awaited day with her most-awaited man, then and now, afloat on the frosty wind.
At the back of the mind of most of their suppliers—this clip saved their day; when at the back of the reaction of the guests–this clip should have been replayed.
Scott and Rona’s super-duper sobra-sobrang delightful SDE is TOPEROCREATIVE’s first Tagaytay reel. Enjoy!

The Doppelganger Dreams
We know that daydreaming takes a lot of energy; and we thought that such woolgathering technique would be the only ill-advised
way to strengthen the unevenness felt when undermanned. Thus it is almost close to being appropriate to have been thinking that
we were some annoying daydreamers in this episode. No doubt. After arriving with a common mindset that we were half-tourist
and half “wedding storytellers” on this trip—still we were too confident that we would be meeting Merlion in the end.
To have been chosen… and to have been offered such golden opportunity—to produce an SDE in a place where culture shock is a
feast, and especially when the couple had shrouded your mind with high expectations—it somehow seemed very timely—that we
should really have forced ourselves to be real-time daydreamers instead. When after all—we knew for a fact that it is ridiculously
impossible for a TWO-MAN SDE TEAM (as demanded by the couple) to be accomplishing such gargantuan task. Yet we weren’t
imported overseas to be hallucinating any magical remedies. We were paid to do our job whatever it takes; and by all means—
we were compensated to make sure that we would be delivering what is due on time.
So from then we just doubled our efforts believing it would allow us to double our presence, or existence—and that we would be
a four-man team all awhile—so to stop our minds from wandering. Now friends, lovers, and haters! We are humble and proud to
share to you TOPEROCREATIVE’S first out-of-the-country SDE. Here’s James and Sarah’s traditional Singaporean wedding. Enjoy!
Then out of nowhere on our way to exit… a warm-hearted SG-citizen lit our hearts up of extra joy through his words when he said
that, “Filipinos are really truly talented and hardworking people!” ☺ What a helluva wedding experience!!! Indeed—it was
dreamlike… but mind you—this is for real… we aren’t daydreaming in retelling you the story now. [ 4.MAJVMAI.143 ]
[After the premiere of this highlight-reel—what roared on our ceilings were the funny and sweet things like: we got teary-eyed more
than the couple did; then we got emotionally carried away more than anyone present in the whopping hall with the size of a
standard basketball court; and almost everyone from the crowd of almost one-thousand guests applauding on their feet, and with
the obvious looks of satisfied smiles wrapped in their faces—they only got us even more happily relieved. ☺ And more power also to
the Spongklong couple... Thanks for the love and care guys!
And lastly, of course this is partly dedicated to Miss Kay Smith of
Kinderbliss Wedding—you also deserve some credits for the exceptional hardwork and professionalism. Cheers!.]

The Rush
Inhale… breath smoothly and then softly—for there’s nothing much of a discourse concerning this episode—only that
everything to share about this, was either chasing after, and or running away… from the rush…
Given with the very short song that was personally requested by the couple—still we have felt the total rush for the
straightforward reason that the whole wedding program was planned and is needed to progress within a lightning rush.
Then who would have expected that we had to be rushing the rest of the way in finishing this—since one from our
shooters went unworkable; after one of our DSLR crashed down—to which technically have brought us rushed shock;
and to where the whole team have definitely went to a meltdown rush.
Anyhow—feel the rush out of Robert and Golda’s SDE offering that had been shown right in the nick-of-time.
Now enjoy this rushing highlight reel that undeniably set our lungs rushing for air—and had the rush gone after having
been through—one of the hardest and certainly the shortest of all the all-day long ever. Exhale!

Peter and Kristine {SDE}
Another Indeterminate Nostalgia
Well, it`s been a while since we last posted a highlight reel… have you guys been waiting impatiently for some updates?☺
Anyhow, friends, lovers, and haters, the long wait is over… Here`s Peter and Kristine`s immaculate offering.
Kristine always knew that every wedding would evolve marvelously—and that when the right time comes— hers would
uncover the way she imagined it to be. She was right… As the brush rubs vivacity on her face, or as the gown illuminates
curve in her silhouette—the drawings of laughter fills the empty ceiling of glistening smiles from her lips—enjoying every
huge and small details of the moment as they perfectly progresses according to what she had always planned.
Peter has always been the man of few words; where most of the time has been reluctant to the people and things around
him; though as if all is about this SDE that brought people on their feet—but only brought him (the groom) tickled for a
lazy smile—yet he has shown great dancing. Hence—this was the same SDE that greatly divulged as the extra frenzy to
the bride’s already ecstatic wedding day—and that to her… as if another set of indeterminate nostalgia.
But honestly, we aren`t really expecting for a long standing ovation from the applauding and cheering crowd of guests,
venue personnel, and even staffs from the other suppliers; especially after learning that majority from the guests is a
native of a nearby town—from where, TOPEROCREATIVE’s very own, TOPHER, was homegrown to the said place, and
whom with nothing much more to say, he predicted that this SDE deserve a snub from most of his hometown folks (guess
we underestimated the audience`s emotional ability to react within the state of authentic bliss). Ha-ha!
We almost forgot to mention how grateful we are to the Peppermint Bros. for the reinforcement… thanks guys! ☺
